That is why we encourage you to tell the carrier to write down "revision pending" upon delivery. After, please follow some steps before you unpack and enjoy the content of your package.

Returns or exchanges can be done in person in one of our local stores or by mail. Note that all items must be in their original state with tags and accompanied by proof of purchase. Doubts? > sales@pukassurfshop.com

How to choose your size:

Go for 6'6"- 6'8" if:

  • You're a skilled learner.
  • You don't surf often but you manage yourself well in the water.
  • Your weight is -65kg and you want to swap your.softie for PU.

Go for 6’10” - 7’0” - 7'2" if:

  • You’re in good shape, starting your surf journey and have experience with similar sports (snow/skate).
  • If you are and athletic beginner.
  • If you weight more than 70kg and want your first PU board.

Go for 7’4” - 7'6" if: 

  • You weight more than 90kg and are transitioning from soft to PU.
  • You surf every once in a while and are looking for an easy board with good paddeling power and stability.

Always remember, the bigger the board and the more volume it has, the easier it will make the surfing experience for you.

You can either choose a surfboard from our Curated Stock or build your dream surfboard with our Custom Board Builder.

Surfboards we hold in stock are ready for inmediate dispatch (24-48h from Monday to Friday) and will arrive at your doorstep in a few days depending on your location. By the way, we ship world wide.

Our Custom Board Builder allows you to customize size, width, thickness, volume, color, logo placement, glassing, fin setup, fin system, finish and overall look. Factory lead times may vary depending on your desired brand, model and surfboard characteristics.

Each board goes through a quality check, is photographed in our studios in Donostia / San Sebastian (Basque Country, Spain) and is handled with care before heading your way.
