That is why we encourage you to tell the carrier to write down "revision pending" upon delivery. After, please follow some steps before you unpack and enjoy the content of your package.

Returns or exchanges can be done in person in one of our local stores or by mail. Note that all items must be in their original state with tags and accompanied by proof of purchase. Doubts? > sales@pukassurfshop.com

How to choose your size:

Go for 6'10"-7'0" if:

  • You're not a good paddler.
  • You still feel unstable doing the take-off.
  • Your weight is +65kg and your hight is +175cm.

Go for 6’6” - 6’8” if:

  • You’re a good paddler and feel in good shape.
  • If you are familiar with the sport and feel comfortable on a surfboard.
  • If you weight less than 65kg and your height is less than 175cm.

Go for 6’4” if: 

  • You want the board to be more reactive and performancy.
  • You have former surfing experience and good shape.

Always remember, the bigger the board and the more volume it has, the easier it will make the surfing experience for you.

Surfboards we hold in stock are ready for inmediate dispatch (24-48h from Monday to Friday) and will arrive at your doorstep in a few days depending on your location. By the way, we ship world wide.

Our Custom Board Builder allows you to customize size, width, thickness, volume, color, logo placement, glassing, fin setup, fin system, finish and overall look. Factory lead times may vary depending on your desired brand, model and surfboard characteristics.

Each board goes through a quality check, is photographed in our studios in Donostia / San Sebastian (Basque Country, Spain) and is handled with care before heading your way.
