Put your mind at ease. Our team has a lifetime experience wrapping these beast. We want them to arrive to you in perfect conditions as much as you.

However, the world is wide and surfboards to get to you in perfect conditions, can be quite a journey these days. That is why we encourage you to tell the carrier to write down "revision pending" upon delivery. After, please follow some steps before you unpack and enjoy the content of your package.

If You Are Looking to Make a Return ↩️  Here's How:

Returns or exchanges can be done in person in one of our local stores or by mail. Note that all items must be in their original state with tags and accompanied by proof of purchase. Doubts? > sales@pukassurfshop.com

 

· Items | Can be returned within 30 calendar days from the time of purchase. 
· Perishable goods | Surfboards, magazines/books, maps or gift cards, etc., cannot be returned*.

Once your return request is confirmed, you will receive a label via email that must be attached to the return package and dropped off at the selected pick-up point.

The PISCES

Performance is at the heart of the Pisces. The board integrates deeper concaves through the center to generate lift and drive, along with a rail curve under the back foot that provides precise control when carving. The subtle wing before the swallow tail adds release, making it easier to pivot sharply without losing flow. Even the deck has been shaped to mirror the contours underneath, creating a balanced and responsive feel.
