Returns or exchanges can be done in person in one of our local stores or by mail. Note that all items must be in their original state with tags and accompanied by proof of purchase. Doubts? > sales@pukassurfshop.com

 

· Items | Can be returned within 30 calendar days from the time of purchase. 

· Perishable goods | Surfboards, magazines/books, maps or gift cards, etc., cannot be returned*.
· Surfboards* | You have 30 calendar days to claim a faulty item to leo@pukassurfshop.com / ema@pukassurfshop.com.
