However, the world is wide and surfboards to get to you in perfect conditions, can be quite a journey these days. That is why we encourage you to tell the carrier to write down "revision pending" upon delivery. After, please follow some steps before you unpack and enjoy the content of your package.

If You Are Looking to Make a Return ↩️  Here's How:

Returns or exchanges can be done in person in one of our local stores or by mail. Note that all items must be in their original state with tags and accompanied by proof of purchase. Doubts? > sales@pukassurfshop.com

 

· Items | Can be returned within 30 calendar days from the time of purchase. 
· Perishable goods | Surfboards, magazines/books, maps or gift cards, etc., cannot be returned*.

LOST SURFBOARDS | F1

The 2025 F1 Round Pin is the refined high-performance model that helped power Yago Dora to his 2025 World Title at Lowers. To mark his championship run, Lost Surfboards is releasing Yago’s preferred Round Pin configuration of the all-new FORMULA-1 ahead of its official Fall ’25 launch.

Originally made famous more than a decade ago by Julian Wilson, the F1 has been completely reimagined. The project began during a team shoot at Lowers, where riders were testing an assortment of classic boards for Lost’s upcoming “USED” film. Two standout F1 boards from Julian’s 2010–2011 quiver sparked the idea to revisit the model and rebuild it through a modern lens.

The F1

Lost’s design team located the digital file for Julian’s legendary “Clown” Lowers board and compared it directly with the current Driver 3.0 team shape. By blending key elements from both outlines and rockers, they created a fresh performance platform that carries the heritage of the original while meeting the demands of today’s elite surfers.

Initial prototypes were built with a squash tail and handed to Cole Houshmand and the local squad. Cole put the board straight into competition, delivering big results in El Salvador, Lowers, and securing a WCT win in Brazil—clear proof that the updated F1 line was on the right track. A small batch of Round Pin models followed. Yago Dora got one mid-event at Lowers, tested it the night before Finals Day, and instantly trusted it enough to ride it in both the Semi-Final and Final—ultimately winning the event on the prototype that would become the F1 (2025) Round Pin.

How It Compares to the Driver 3.0

Though both boards sit in Lost’s high-performance category, the 2025 F1 has a noticeably distinct feel and design approach:

  • More Set-Back Design:

    The F1 places both the outline and rail-line rocker slightly farther back compared to the Driver 3.0, creating a more anchored, drive-oriented stance.
  • Refined Outline:

    It features a slimmer nose at 12” and 24”, a wide point shifted a bit toward the tail, and a more pronounced hip. There’s added curve between the feet, and the tail area is fuller 12” up—offering quicker response under the rear foot.
  • Sharper Tail Geometry:

    The Round Pin has a more defined, tapered “pin” segment in the final inches, giving it extra bite and a more connected feel through powerful turns—distinct from the Driver 3.0’s softer round tail.
  • Foam Distribution & Rails:

    A thicker centerline with a subtle vee deck tapers into slightly fuller, friendlier rails, offering stability without sacrificing sensitivity.
