COMPOSITION

Main fabric: 80% nylon, 20% spandex. Lining: 80% nylon, 20% spandex.

USE AND CARE

To maintain and care for your favorite swimsuit, we recommend:

  • Use a towel to sit on: avoid contact with asphalt, wood, or stone (such as the pool edge). The fibers used to make this swimsuit are soft and gentle on the skin, but they can be damaged when they come into contact with these surfaces.
    Rinse your swimsuit after each use: we advise you to thoroughly rinse your swimsuit with clean water after each use.
  • Do not machine wash your swimsuit: we recommend washing it by hand, without detergent or other abrasive stain removers. Instead, use a product for delicate fabrics or a mild soap.
  • Never leave your swimsuit damp in its bag: the prints may bleed if the swimsuit is rolled up or folded while still wet.
  • As for embellishments or special materials (pearls, shells, crystals…): avoid rubbing or twisting them, as well as overstretching the fabric to which they are attached.

If You Are Looking to Make a Return ↩️  Here's How:

Returns or exchanges can be done in person in one of our local stores or by mail. Note that all items must be in their original state with tags and accompanied by proof of purchase. Doubts? > sales@pukassurfshop.com

 

· Items | Can be returned within 30 calendar days from the time of purchase. 
· Perishable goods | Surfboards, magazines/books, maps or gift cards, etc., cannot be returned*.
· Surfboards* | You have 30 calendar days to claim a faulty item to leo@pukassurfshop.com
· 2nd Hand Surfboards** | Not eligible for refund. Any doubts before purchase? Email to sales@pukassurfshop.com

 

To complete your return, go to the return link, enter your postal code and order number. Return your order in just a few steps here. 

Once your return request is confirmed, you will receive a label via email that must be attached to the return package and dropped off at the selected pick-up point.

  • Return shipping cost will depend on the destination country and will match the original shipping cost. This will be deducted from the refund once the item is received.

For International Returns 🌎

Email us at sales@pukassurfshop.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason. 

All associated costs (shipping, taxes, customs, duties) are the customer’s responsibility. If Pukas Surf Shop is billed for return costs, the amount will be deducted from your refund (We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service and checking the export/import regulations in your country before returning).
