  • Outer fabric: REPEATER STRETCH - 87% recycled polyester
    13% recycled elastane.
  • Foam type: OCEAN NATURAL RUBBER.
  • Inner fabric: PRIMALOFT WARM - 37% polyester
    7% recycled elastane, PRIMALOFT 56% recycled polyester.
  • Suit cut: full length with long sleeves.
  • Thickness: 4/3mm.
  • Entry system: horizontal zip at the front.
  • Outer seams: GBS [glued and blind-stitched].
  • Inner seams: reinforcement tape and Melco tape in high-stress areas.
  • Aqua Alpha glue - water-based.
  • Composition: 87% recycled polyester, 13% recycled spandex.

If You Are Looking to Make a Return ↩️  Here's How:

Returns or exchanges can be done in person in one of our local stores or by mail. Note that all items must be in their original state with tags and accompanied by proof of purchase. Doubts? > sales@pukassurfshop.com

 

· Items | Can be returned within 30 calendar days from the time of purchase. 
· Perishable goods | Surfboards, magazines/books, maps or gift cards, etc., cannot be returned*.
· Surfboards* | You have 30 calendar days to claim a faulty item to leo@pukassurfshop.com
· 2nd Hand Surfboards** | Not eligible for refund. Any doubts before purchase? Email to sales@pukassurfshop.com

 

To complete your return, go to the return link, enter your postal code and order number. Return your order in just a few steps here. 

Once your return request is confirmed, you will receive a label via email that must be attached to the return package and dropped off at the selected pick-up point.

  • Return shipping cost will depend on the destination country and will match the original shipping cost. This will be deducted from the refund once the item is received.

For International Returns 🌎

Email us at sales@pukassurfshop.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason. 

All associated costs (shipping, taxes, customs, duties) are the customer’s responsibility. If Pukas Surf Shop is billed for return costs, the amount will be deducted from your refund (We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service and checking the export/import regulations in your country before returning).
