· Items | Can be returned within 30 calendar days from the time of purchase.
· Perishable goods | Surfboards, magazines/books, maps or gift cards, etc., cannot be returned*.
· Surfboards* | You have 30 calendar days to claim a faulty item to leo@pukassurfshop.com
· 2nd Hand Surfboards** | Not eligible for refund. Any doubts before purchase? Email to sales@pukassurfshop.com
To complete your return, go to the return link, enter your postal code and order number. Return your order in just a few steps here.
Once your return request is confirmed, you will receive a label via email that must be attached to the return package and dropped off at the selected pick-up point.
- Return shipping cost will depend on the destination country and will match the original shipping cost. This will be deducted from the refund once the item is received.
