However, the world is wide and surfboards to get to you in perfect conditions, can be quite a journey these days. That is why we encourage you to tell the carrier to write down "revision pending" upon delivery. After, please follow some steps before you unpack and enjoy the content of your package.

Returns & Refunds

If You Are Looking to Make a Return ↩️  Here's How:

Returns or exchanges can be done in person in one of our local stores or by mail. Note that all items must be in their original state with tags and accompanied by proof of purchase. Doubts? > sales@pukassurfshop.com

 

· Items | Can be returned within 30 calendar days from the time of purchase. 
· Perishable goods | Surfboards, magazines/books, maps or gift cards, etc., cannot be returned*.
· Surfboards* | You have 30 calendar days to claim a faulty item to leo@pukassurfshop.com

Once your return request is confirmed, you will receive a label via email that must be attached to the return package and dropped off at the selected pick-up point.

  • Return shipping cost will depend on the destination country and will match the original shipping cost. This will be deducted from the refund once the item is received.

THOMAS SURFBOARDS | SCOOP TAIL NOSERIDER

The Scoop Tail Noserider by Thomas Surfboards is Thomas Bexon’s interpretation of the classic Californian-style noserider. Designed as a true sidewalk surfer, it features extra tail flip, plenty of width through the front and a generous nose concave. The wider nose creates a stable platform for wide-stance noseriding, putting time on the nose firmly at the center of this longboard’s design.

The SCOOP TAIL NOSERIDER

The blended concave under the nose transitions into a slightly rolled bottom through the rest of the board. Toward the tail, this roll becomes more pronounced around the distinctive scoop, working together with the tail flip to encourage slower, more controlled turns and stalls. The result is a longboard designed around smooth movement rather than fast, aggressive direction changes.

MORE ABOUT THE SCOOP TAIL NOSERIDER

The scooped-out tail also plays an important role when noseriding. By adding stability in the pocket and helping slow the board down, it allows the surfer to stay forward for longer. Combined with the wide nose and concave, this creates additional hold and stability on the nose, particularly when positioning the board in the pocket.

The design of the Thomas Surfboards Scoop Tail Noserider also draws inspiration from classic Rick noseriders and the boards shaped by Australian/New Zealand shaper Dennis Anderson on Australia’s east coast during the late 1990s and early 2000s. Beyond its functional benefits, the unusual scooped tail gives the board a distinctive appearance that immediately separates it from more conventional longboard designs.
