FROM BAG TO BACKPACK
- Untie the knots and release the straps.
- Thread the straps through the lower side loops on the same side.
- Tie a knot at the end of each strap.
- Pull the straps to close the top of the bag.
FROM BACKPACK TO BAG
- Untie the knots and release the straps.
- Thread each strap through the opposite upper side loop.
- Bring both straps together for the knot.
- Tie the knot around both straps.

Returns or exchanges can be done in person in one of our local stores or by mail. Note that all items must be in their original state with tags and accompanied by proof of purchase. Doubts? > sales@pukassurfshop.com
· Items | Can be returned within 30 calendar days from the time of purchase.
· Perishable goods | Surfboards, magazines/books, maps or gift cards, etc., cannot be returned*.
· Surfboards* | You have 30 calendar days to claim a faulty item to leo@pukassurfshop.com
· 2nd Hand Surfboards** | Not eligible for refund. Any doubts before purchase? Email to sales@pukassurfshop.com
To complete your return, go to the return link, enter your postal code and order number. Return your order in just a few steps here.
Once your return request is confirmed, you will receive a label via email that must be attached to the return package and dropped off at the selected pick-up point.
