The Origin Of Pukas
Some pieces carry a astory. This one carries the origin of ours.
The word puka means "hole" in Hawaiian, referring to the naturally formed opening found in each shell. Created by years of waves, sand, and time, every bead is unique — shaped by the same ocean that gave birth to surfing.
That's where our name comes from.
For surfers, the perfect puka is the opening inside a wave — the barrel, the tube, the fleeting moment we spend our lives chasing. It is a symbol of adventure, freedom, and the endless pursuit of something extraordinary.
This necklace is a tribute to that journey.

Returns or exchanges can be done in person in one of our local stores or by mail. Note that all items must be in their original state with tags and accompanied by proof of purchase. Doubts? > sales@pukassurfshop.com
· Items | Can be returned within 30 calendar days from the time of purchase.
· Perishable goods | Surfboards, magazines/books, maps or gift cards, etc., cannot be returned*.
· Surfboards* | You have 30 calendar days to claim a faulty item to leo@pukassurfshop.com
· 2nd Hand Surfboards** | Not eligible for refund. Any doubts before purchase? Email to sales@pukassurfshop.com
To complete your return, go to the return link, enter your postal code and order number. Return your order in just a few steps here.
Once your return request is confirmed, you will receive a label via email that must be attached to the return package and dropped off at the selected pick-up point.
- Return shipping cost will depend on the destination country and will match the original shipping cost. This will be deducted from the refund once the item is received.
