Put your mind at ease. Our team has a lifetime experience wrapping these beast. We want them to arrive to you in perfect conditions as much as you.

However, the world is wide and surfboards to get to you in perfect conditions, can be quite a journey these days. That is why we encourage you to tell the carrier to write down "revision pending" upon delivery. After, please follow some steps before you unpack and enjoy the content of your package.

Returns & Refunds

If You Are Looking to Make a Return ↩️  Here's How:

Returns or exchanges can be done in person in one of our local stores or by mail. Note that all items must be in their original state with tags and accompanied by proof of purchase. Doubts? > sales@pukassurfshop.com

 

· Items | Can be returned within 30 calendar days from the time of purchase. 
· Perishable goods | Surfboards, magazines/books, maps or gift cards, etc., cannot be returned*.
· Surfboards* | You have 30 calendar days to claim a faulty item to leo@pukassurfshop.com

To complete your return, go to the return link, enter your postal code and order number. Return your order in just a few steps here. 

Once your return request is confirmed, you will receive a label via email that must be attached to the return package and dropped off at the selected pick-up point.

  • Return shipping cost will depend on the destination country and will match the original shipping cost. This will be deducted from the refund once the item is received.

The THE GHOST

Shaped directly from John John Florence’s latest Ghost file, the Ghost Squash also incorporates subtle volume refinements for an even more balanced feel. The biggest evolution lies in its semi pulled-in squash tail, which slightly straightens the last section of the outline to generate additional lift and a more defined pivot point. This design allows the board to release more easily through turns, creating tighter arcs without sacrificing the control and rail engagement that made the Ghost a favorite among advanced surfers.
