Their medical silicone is hydrophobic, hypoallergenic, chlorine and sea water resistant, and effective in a -10º to 60º C temperature range. · Perishable goods | Surfboards, magazines/books, maps or gift cards, etc., cannot be returned*.
· Surfboards* | You have 30 calendar days to claim a faulty item to leo@pukassurfshop.com
· 2nd Hand Surfboards** | Not eligible for refund. Any doubts before purchase? Email to sales@pukassurfshop.com

Once your return request is confirmed, you will receive a label via email that must be attached to the return package and dropped off at the selected pick-up point.
