If You Are Looking to Make a Return ↩️ Here's How:
Returns or exchanges can be done in person in one of our local stores or by mail. Note that all items must be in their original state with tags and accompanied by proof of purchase. Doubts? > sales@pukassurfshop.com
· Items | Can be returned within 30 calendar days from the time of purchase.
· Perishable goods | Surfboards, magazines/books, maps or gift cards, etc., cannot be returned*.
· Surfboards* | You have 30 calendar days to claim a faulty item to leo@pukassurfshop.com
· 2nd Hand Surfboards** | Not eligible for refund. Any doubts before purchase? Email to sales@pukassurfshop.com
To complete your return, go to the return link, enter your postal code and order number. Return your order in just a few steps here.
Once your return request is confirmed, you will receive a label via email that must be attached to the return package and dropped off at the selected pick-up point.

The Channel Islands CI Mid is designed to excel in a wide range of conditions — from waist-high peelers to overhead, lined-up point breaks. Its smooth mid-length outline, low rocker, and subtle concaves make it fast, fluid, and easy to control. This board shines when you want effortless glide and flow, turning average waves into long, stylish rides.
The CI Mid is perfect for intermediate to advanced surfers, but it’s also a great progression board for improving beginners ready to move on from a softboard or minimal. Its extra volume and stability make paddling and wave-catching easy, while its refined rails and balanced outline give skilled surfers the responsiveness to carve, trim, and flow. Whether you’re stepping down from a longboard or up from a shortboard, the CI Mid delivers smooth, confident surfing.
Available in sizes from 6’6” to 7’6”, the CI Mid offers options for every surfer. Choose shorter sizes if you want more maneuverability and a performance feel, or go longer for added glide, flow, and paddle power. The extra volume under the chest makes wave entry effortless, while the foiled rails keep the board lively and responsive.
The Channel Islands CI Mid uses a 2+1 fin setup. It actually has it's own fin designed by CI. A center fin paired with smaller side bites — giving you both drive and control. Adjusting fin sizes can transform its feel from traditional glide to modern performance. It’s available in PU (classic feel) and Spine-Tek (lighter, more responsive) constructions, offering options for every preference.

You can either choose a surfboard from our Curated Stock or build your dream surfboard with our Custom Board Builder.
Surfboards we hold in stock are ready for inmediate dispatch (24-48h from Monday to Friday) and will arrive at your doorstep in a few days depending on your location. By the way, we ship world wide.
Our Custom Board Builder allows you to customize size, width, thickness, volume, color, logo placement, glassing, fin setup, fin system, finish and overall look. Factory lead times may vary depending on your desired brand, model and surfboard characteristics.
Each board goes through a quality check, is photographed in our studios in Donostia / San Sebastian (Basque Country, Spain) and is handled with care before heading your way.
