However, the world is wide and surfboards to get to you in perfect conditions, can be quite a journey these days. That is why we encourage you to tell the carrier to write down "revision pending" upon delivery. After, please follow some steps before you unpack and enjoy the content of your package.
If You Are Looking to Make a Return ↩️ Here's How:
Returns or exchanges can be done in person in one of our local stores or by mail. Note that all items must be in their original state with tags and accompanied by proof of purchase. Doubts? > sales@pukassurfshop.com
· Items | Can be returned within 30 calendar days from the time of purchase.
· Perishable goods | Surfboards, magazines/books, maps or gift cards, etc., cannot be returned*.
· Surfboards* | You have 30 calendar days to claim a faulty item to leo@pukassurfshop.com
· 2nd Hand Surfboards** | Not eligible for refund. Any doubts before purchase? Email to sales@pukassurfshop.com
To complete your return, go to the return link, enter your postal code and order number. Return your order in just a few steps here.
Once your return request is confirmed, you will receive a label via email that must be attached to the return package and dropped off at the selected pick-up point.
- Return shipping cost will depend on the destination country and will match the original shipping cost. This will be deducted from the refund once the item is received.

It’s ideal for intermediate to advanced surfers, but forgiving enough for anyone comfortable on a shorter board. The extra width and volume make it fun and easy to catch waves while still offering high-performance potential.
The Feb’s Fish is designed to perform across a wide range of wave conditions, from mellow beach breaks to more serious point-waves and even dredging tubes.
Go slightly shorter than your everyday shortboard if you want a lively, responsive ride. Surfers coming from mid-lengths or retro boards can stay closer to their usual volume for stability and glide.
You can choose between: PU (Polyurethane) – traditional feel, smooth flex Spine-Tek – lighter and more responsive.
How to order a surfboard with us?
You can either choose a surfboard from our Curated Stock or build your dream surfboard with our Custom Board Builder.
Surfboards we hold in stock are ready for inmediate dispatch (24-48h from Monday to Friday) and will arrive at your doorstep in a few days depending on your location. By the way, we ship world wide.
Our Custom Board Builder allows you to customize size, width, thickness, volume, color, logo placement, glassing, fin setup, fin system, finish and overall look. Factory lead times may vary depending on your desired brand, model and surfboard characteristics.
Each board goes through a quality check, is photographed in our studios in Donostia / San Sebastian (Basque Country, Spain) and is handled with care before heading your way.
