Put your mind at ease. Our team has a lifetime experience wrapping these beast. We want them to arrive to you in perfect conditions as much as you.

However, the world is wide and surfboards to get to you in perfect conditions, can be quite a journey these days. That is why we encourage you to tell the carrier to write down "revision pending" upon delivery. After, please follow some steps before you unpack and enjoy the content of your package.

Returns & Refunds

If You Are Looking to Make a Return ↩️  Here's How:

Returns or exchanges can be done in person in one of our local stores or by mail. Note that all items must be in their original state with tags and accompanied by proof of purchase. Doubts? > sales@pukassurfshop.com

 

· Items | Can be returned within 30 calendar days from the time of purchase. 
· Perishable goods | Surfboards, magazines/books, maps or gift cards, etc., cannot be returned*.
· Surfboards* | You have 30 calendar days to claim a faulty item to leo@pukassurfshop.com

To complete your return, go to the return link, enter your postal code and order number. Return your order in just a few steps here. 

Once your return request is confirmed, you will receive a label via email that must be attached to the return package and dropped off at the selected pick-up point.

  • Return shipping cost will depend on the destination country and will match the original shipping cost. This will be deducted from the refund once the item is received.

Created by renowned shaper Chris Christenson, the Sportsman offers the classic glide and noseriding ability longboarders love while delivering the responsiveness and control needed for a wider range of wave conditions. Whether you're surfing small summer peelers or powerful overhead waves, the Sportsman is built to handle it all with confidence.

The SPORTSMAN

Unlike many traditional noseriders that prioritize trim and nose time at the expense of maneuverability, the Sportsman features a more balanced rocker profile with slightly more nose rocker than tail rocker. This design generates greater drive through turns and eliminates the sluggish feeling often associated with classic logs. Combined with down rails and tucked edges, the board feels lively underfoot and transitions smoothly from rail to rail, making it easy to surf from anywhere on the board.

The Sportsman excels as both a noserider and an all-around performance longboard. A subtle nose concave provides stability and lift when walking to the tip, while the flat bottom flowing into a spiral V through the tail allows the board to maintain speed, hold, and control in larger surf. Surfed as a single fin, it delivers smooth bottom turns, flowing cutbacks, and responsive direction changes while still offering excellent noseriding capabilities.

One of the Sportsman's greatest strengths is its accessibility. For surfers moving from shortboards into longboarding, traditional noseriders can often feel slow, technical, and difficult to master. The Sportsman offers a much more user-friendly experience, making it an excellent first longboard without sacrificing performance.
