Based on the Hawaiian island of O'ahu, Zak Noyle has traveled the world bringing a truly unique perspective to the art of water photography. Swimming in the heaviest surf conditions, sometimes only inches from the reef, Zak captures dramatic imagery with artful interpretations of the world's most epic waves and best surfers and bodysurfers. Zak has gained worldwide respect from his peers but for him, being in the water with his camera when the next big swell rolls through is not a job; it’s a lifestyle, an art, and it’s a passion. In recognition of their dedication to ocean safety, Zak will donate 100% of his royalties from the Zak Noyle signature DAFIN to the North Shore Lifeguard Association.
DaFiN is the most powerful and comfortable fin in the water today. DaFiN was developed in Hawaii by Andy Cochran, an Aussie who was one of Oz’s early surfing pioneers. Cochran worked closely with two of Hawaii's most famous watermen, Mark Cunningham and Brian Keaulana, on the design of DaFiN. DaFiN delivers top performance for lifeguards and bodysurfers. It is the most popular fin with watermen around the world. DaFiN was recently featured prominently in the critically acclaimed bodysurfing film 'Come Hell or High Water'.
