If You Are Looking to Make a Return ↩️ Here's How:
Returns or exchanges can be done in person in one of our local stores or by mail. Note that all items must be in their original state with tags and accompanied by proof of purchase. Doubts? > sales@pukassurfshop.com
· Items | Can be returned within 30 calendar days from the time of purchase.
· Perishable goods | Surfboards, magazines/books, maps or gift cards, etc., cannot be returned*.
· Surfboards* | You have 30 calendar days to claim a faulty item to leo@pukassurfshop.com
· 2nd Hand Surfboards** | Not eligible for refund. Any doubts before purchase? Email to sales@pukassurfshop.com
To complete your return, go to the return link, enter your postal code and order number. Return your order in just a few steps here.
Once your return request is confirmed, you will receive a label via email that must be attached to the return package and dropped off at the selected pick-up point.

Much respect to NPJ! Neal Purchase Junior (NPJ) is an influential Australian shaper and free-flowing surfer we love at Pukas. Known for blending classic design principles with progressive performance. As a shaper, he focuses on alternative craft—twin fins, mid-lengths, single fins, and his well-known Duo design—. In the water, NPJ is recognized for his smooth, stylish approach rooted in traditional lines yet adaptable to modern, high-performance transitions. His shaping and surfing are inseparable.
While he’s widely respected as a “pro-calibre” surfer in style and skill (especially among “soul-surfing” and retro-surf circles), it’s more accurate to think of him as a legendary free-surfer & shaper — not a former WSL/ASP-style touring pro.
Neal Purchase Jr’s most renowned surfboard model is the Duo — his innovative two-fin design where the fins are placed symmetrically along the stringer rather than on the rails
Neal Purchase Jr is from Northern New South Wales (NSW), Australia, and his shaping business and surfboard operations are based around Ballina, NSW. All the NPJ boards we hold in stock at www.pukassurfshop.com are shaped by him and glassed in Europe.

You can either choose a surfboard from our Curated Stock or build your dream surfboard with our Custom Board Builder.
Surfboards we hold in stock are ready for inmediate dispatch (24-48h from Monday to Friday) and will arrive at your doorstep in a few days depending on your location. By the way, we ship world wide.
Our Custom Board Builder allows you to customize size, width, thickness, volume, color, logo placement, glassing, fin setup, fin system, finish and overall look. Factory lead times may vary depending on your desired brand, model and surfboard characteristics.
Each board goes through a quality check, is photographed in our studios in Donostia / San Sebastian (Basque Country, Spain) and is handled with care before heading your way.
