If You Are Looking to Make a Return ↩️ Here's How:
Returns or exchanges can be done in person in one of our local stores or by mail. Note that all items must be in their original state with tags and accompanied by proof of purchase. Doubts? > sales@pukassurfshop.com
· Items | Can be returned within 30 calendar days from the time of purchase.
· Perishable goods | Surfboards, magazines/books, maps or gift cards, etc., cannot be returned*.
· Surfboards* | You have 30 calendar days to claim a faulty item to leo@pukassurfshop.com
· 2nd Hand Surfboards** | Not eligible for refund. Any doubts before purchase? Email to sales@pukassurfshop.com
To complete your return, go to the return link, enter your postal code and order number. Return your order in just a few steps here.
Once your return request is confirmed, you will receive a label via email that must be attached to the return package and dropped off at the selected pick-up point.

Frequently asked questions about the "DIAMOND PIG"
The Diamond Pig is designed to be surfed easily but it asks for a bit of skills. It excels in when surfing in place. Kinda forgiving, but maybe less than you would want as a beginner. Noserides amazingly in the pocket. If you're learning, we suggest going for the Bobby.
The Diamond Pig demands some skills to be fully enjoyed. Specially for noseriding, as it works best when looking constantly for the pocket. We recommend this longboard for intermediate to advanced surfer.
The pinched rails keep it sensitive and responsive, while a subtle nose concave provides lift and control when you step forward. This allows the board to excel when you aim for either turns or noserides.

You can either choose a surfboard from our Curated Stock or build your dream surfboard with our Custom Board Builder.
Surfboards we hold in stock are ready for inmediate dispatch (24-48h from Monday to Friday) and will arrive at your doorstep in a few days depending on your location. By the way, we ship world wide.
Our Custom Board Builder allows you to customize size, width, thickness, volume, color, logo placement, glassing, fin setup, fin system, finish and overall look. Factory lead times may vary depending on your desired brand, model and surfboard characteristics.
Each board goes through a quality check, is photographed in our studios in Donostia / San Sebastian (Basque Country, Spain) and is handled with care before heading your way.
