If You Are Looking to Make a Return ↩️ Here's How:
Returns or exchanges can be done in person in one of our local stores or by mail. Note that all items must be in their original state with tags and accompanied by proof of purchase. Doubts? > sales@pukassurfshop.com
· Items | Can be returned within 30 calendar days from the time of purchase.
· Perishable goods | Surfboards, magazines/books, maps or gift cards, etc., cannot be returned*.
· Surfboards* | You have 30 calendar days to claim a faulty item to leo@pukassurfshop.com
· 2nd Hand Surfboards** | Not eligible for refund. Any doubts before purchase? Email to sales@pukassurfshop.com
To complete your return, go to the return link, enter your postal code and order number. Return your order in just a few steps here.
Once your return request is confirmed, you will receive a label via email that must be attached to the return package and dropped off at the selected pick-up point.
- Return shipping cost will depend on the destination country and will match the original shipping cost. This will be deducted from the refund once the item is received.

The Bobby is designed for surfers who want a blend of classic logging and modern maneuverability. It trims effortlessly, responds quickly underfoot, and supports stylish cross-stepping, making it ideal for riders who like to mix smooth lines with controlled nose time.
The Bobby is friendly enough for progressing intermediates who are learning to trim, turn, and walk the board, yet refined enough for experienced loggers who want responsive footwork and reliable nose riding. It rewards good technique without punishing mistakes, making it a dependable daily rider for a wide skill range.
A well-balanced rocker keeps the board fast and lively in softer surf, but it also has enough curve to deal with steeper drops without bogging. Combined with its refined tail rails and subtle nose concave, the Bobby adapts well to everything from mellow beach breaks to longer, peeling lines.
The Bobby’s light blended nose concave gives just the right amount of lift to support controlled tip-time. It keeps the board steady without creating that overly grippy feeling some heavy concave logs have, allowing you to maintain speed and flow as you walk forward.

You can either choose a surfboard from our Curated Stock or build your dream surfboard with our Custom Board Builder.
Surfboards we hold in stock are ready for inmediate dispatch (24-48h from Monday to Friday) and will arrive at your doorstep in a few days depending on your location. By the way, we ship world wide.
Our Custom Board Builder allows you to customize size, width, thickness, volume, color, logo placement, glassing, fin setup, fin system, finish and overall look. Factory lead times may vary depending on your desired brand, model and surfboard characteristics.
Each board goes through a quality check, is photographed in our studios in Donostia / San Sebastian (Basque Country, Spain) and is handled with care before heading your way.
