Tom Morat is a French-Australian surfer and surfboard shaper whose life has unfolded between New Caledonia, Noosa, California, and the southwest coast of France, where he runs a surfboard factory. He is considered to be leading the next generation of young surfer/shapers.
He grew up surfing reef passes in New Caledonia before moving to Noosa as a teenager. He started shaping with his dad at a young age, then gained skills while working under Thomas at Thomas Surfboards. His California endeavors linked him to Ryan Burch and Joel Tudor, surfing heavyweights he now calls both mentors and friends.
Today he shapes under his own identity (DICE HOTLINE), splits his time between France and other shaping hubs, and is regarded as a detail-obsessed board builder whose work blends classic surfboard sensibilities with modern performance tuning.
The Tom Morat Bullet Bill Biggie is a versatile midlength surfboard designed for smooth flow, easy speed, and effortless surfing. Blending classic lines with modern performance, this board offers a perfect balance between glide and maneuverability, ideal for surfers looking to catch more waves and simplify their sessions.
Wanting to go further? Now is your time to pick up a board that allows you to make the next step.
The Bullet Bill Biggie was originally hand-shaped by Tom Morat for a custom order during his residency at Pilgrim in New York. Designed for a bigger surfer, Tom combined elements from different models, adding a Bullet Bill tail, a Fender II wing, and a slightly pointier nose. The result is a distinctive shape with a roll to double concave bottom, offering both lift and control.
With its fuller outline and refined rails, the Bullet Bill Biggie surfboard provides excellent stability without sacrificing responsiveness. The balanced rocker allows for easy paddling and early wave entry, while the bottom contours help generate speed and maintain flow through turns and flatter sections.
Built to perform in small to medium waves, the Bullet Bill Biggie is perfect for everyday surf. It’s a great option for surfers stepping into midlength surfboards or those wanting a more relaxed, fun alternative to a shortboard. Easy to ride, fast, and versatile, it’s a board that makes every session more enjoyable.

The Tom Morat Bullet Bill Biggie is a versatile midlength surfboard designed to offer a balance of speed, glide, and maneuverability. It sits between a shortboard and a longboard, making it ideal for surfers looking for easier paddling and smoother flow.
The Bullet Bill Biggie is perfect for intermediate to advanced surfers, but also works well for progressing surfers who want a more stable and forgiving board. It’s especially suited for surfers looking to move into midlength surfboards or enjoy a more relaxed surfing style.
The Tom Morat Bullet Bill Biggie performs best in small to medium waves, where it generates speed easily and maintains flow through weaker sections. It’s ideal for everyday surf conditions and softer waves.
The Bullet Bill Biggie stands out thanks to its unique design, combining a Bullet Bill tail, Fender II wing, and roll to double concave bottom. This gives it a mix of stability, speed, and responsiveness, making it more dynamic and fun compared to traditional midlengths.
