Put your mind at ease. Our team has a lifetime experience wrapping these beast. We want them to arrive to you in perfect conditions as much as you.

However, the world is wide and surfboards to get to you in perfect conditions, can be quite a journey these days. That is why we encourage you to tell the carrier to write down "revision pending" upon delivery. After, please follow some steps before you unpack and enjoy the content of your package.

If You Are Looking to Make a Return ↩️  Here's How:

Returns or exchanges can be done in person in one of our local stores or by mail. Note that all items must be in their original state with tags and accompanied by proof of purchase. Doubts? > sales@pukassurfshop.com

 

· Items | Can be returned within 30 calendar days from the time of purchase. 
· Perishable goods | Surfboards, magazines/books, maps or gift cards, etc., cannot be returned*.
· Surfboards* | You have 30 calendar days to claim a faulty item to leo@pukassurfshop.com

Once your return request is confirmed, you will receive a label via email that must be attached to the return package and dropped off at the selected pick-up point.

The Lost Smooth Operator is a modern interpretation of the classic mid-length double-ender, designed to combine effortless paddle power and smooth, horizontal glide with a more responsive approach to surfing. Rather than simply scaling up a shortboard, Lost Surfboards developed the Smooth Operator around the qualities that make traditional mid-lengths so enjoyable: easy wave entry, natural speed, stability and the ability to cover plenty of ground with minimal effort.

The SMOOTH OPERATOR

The design builds on Matt Biolos’ previous experiments with alternative mid-length surfboards, including the Lazy Toy, EZ-UP and Crowd Killer. While the Lazy Toy and EZ-UP explored forgiving, evolution-inspired shapes and the Crowd Killer leaned toward a higher-volume, aggressive performance feel, the Smooth Operator takes a different direction. Its focus is on genuine mid-length glide and trim while retaining enough control and responsiveness to turn with purpose when the opportunity appears.

The wide point and volume are pushed forward, creating extra stability and carrying momentum through flatter sections. Its balanced double-ended outline is another defining feature, with the nose and tail measuring the same width at both 12" and 24". The result is a long, clean rail line that encourages smooth transitions, flowing lines and effortless speed across the face.
