That is why we encourage you to tell the carrier to write down "revision pending" upon delivery. After, please follow some steps before you unpack and enjoy the content of your package.

If You Are Looking to Make a Return ↩️  Here's How:

Returns or exchanges can be done in person in one of our local stores or by mail. Note that all items must be in their original state with tags and accompanied by proof of purchase. Doubts? > sales@pukassurfshop.com

To complete your return, go to the return link, enter your postal code and order number. Return your order in just a few steps here. 

Once your return request is confirmed, you will receive a label via email that must be attached to the return package and dropped off at the selected pick-up point.

• Return shipping cost will depend on the destination country and will match the original shipping cost. This will be deducted from the refund once the item is received.

All associated costs (shipping, taxes, customs, duties) are the customer’s responsibility. If Pukas Surf Shop is billed for return costs, the amount will be deducted from your refund (We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service and checking the export/import regulations in your country before returning).
