The National 10K Jacket is a structured hooded jacket in tarp olive, built from a 50% Recycled Polyester and 50% Nylon shell for a clean, weather-ready finish. The fixed hood sits high and structured with a dark interior lining, while the concealed front zip closure, side entry pockets and adjustable cuffs keep the silhouette sharp. Returns or exchanges can be done in person in one of our local stores or by mail. Note that all items must be in their original state with tags and accompanied by proof of purchase. Doubts? > sales@pukassurfshop.com
· Items | Can be returned within 30 calendar days from the time of purchase.
· Perishable goods | Surfboards, magazines/books, maps or gift cards, etc., cannot be returned*.
· Surfboards* | You have 30 calendar days to claim a faulty item to leo@pukassurfshop.com
· 2nd Hand Surfboards** | Not eligible for refund. Any doubts before purchase? Email to sales@pukassurfshop.com
To complete your return, go to the return link, enter your postal code and order number. Return your order in just a few steps here.
Once your return request is confirmed, you will receive a label via email that must be attached to the return package and dropped off at the selected pick-up point.
- Return shipping cost will depend on the destination country and will match the original shipping cost. This will be deducted from the refund once the item is received.
